ABOUT MARYLAND GOLF HALL OF FAME

Honoring Achievement. Defining a Legacy.

The Maryland Golf Hall of Fame (MGHF) was established to recognize and enshrine men and women who, as Maryland natives, or residents at their time of achievement, have impacted Maryland golf or have made extraordinary contributions to the game through competitive and non-competitive accomplishments.

MISSION

The MGHF shall honor amateur and professional players, as well as those who have made outstanding contributions in other areas of golf such as architects, journalists, superintendents, mentors, volunteers and others.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the Hall of Fame is to recognize, honor and perpetuate the outstanding achievements in golf in the state of Maryland and beyond and/or the outstanding contributions to the game of golf in Maryland and have helped bring recognition, honor, distinction and excellence to Maryland golf
